Something To Remember....Go America!

‎"Men may fail in this country, earthquakes may come, seas may heave beyond their bounds, there may be great drought, disaster, and hardship, but his nation, founded on principles laid down by men whom God raised up, will never fail. This is the cradle of humanity, where life on this earth began in the Garden of Eden. This is the place of the New Jerusalem. This is the place that the Lord said is favored above all other nations in all the world. This is the place where the Savior will come to His temple. This is the favored land in all the world. Yes, I repeat, men may fail, but this nation won't fail. I have faith in America; you and I must have faith in America, if we understand the teachings of the gospel of Jesus Christ. We are living in a day when we must pay heed to these challenges. I plead with you not to preach pessimism. Preach that this is the greatest country in all the world. This is the favored land. This is the land of our forefathers. It is the nation that will stand despite whatever trials or crises it may yet have to pass through." ~Harold B.

and a little something from my wise mother

This is what I have observed during this very heated election- we all believe in freedom of speech and choice and religion but only if those opinions are in line with our own! What I see that this country needs is a little civility and tolerance and love and respect towards each other. Love for each other and love of country and especially love of our Heavenly Father who created us all! Have a fabulous day!

#12 Something You Don't Leave the House Without

Hmmm... a shirt. That is the only thing I ALWAYS have on when I leave the house. Sometimes I don't even have pants on when I leave the house....

#11 A Quote You Love

Anyone who knows me well knows I am obsessed with quotes and this next quote is a pretty good explanation why:

"Words are, in my not so humble opinion, our most inexhaustible source of magic, capable of both inflicting injury and remedying it"
-Albus Dumbledore

I am a FIRM believer in this.

I have so many more quotes that I love that I really don't know if I can rifle through them all and choose my favorites. Just know that I think words are magic and they inspire me more than anything else.

#10 Something You Are Afraid Of

Not living up to my potential, and never making a difference on the world, or to the people around me. I constantly worry that I am not being the person I was meant to be. It really scares me sometimes to the point that I have anxiety over it. I think the greatest tragedy in my life will be if I never do something great in this world before I leave it. It terrifies me to think that maybe nothing I do will matter.

#9 A Favorite Picture of Your Best Friend

We've been through everything together. I don't know who I'd be without her. She'll always be my number one.

These two are like sisters to me. No one knows me better. I have had my best times with them.

The BEST friend I have ever had. Seriously. I miss her more than almost anyone.

This picture is perfect. These girls have been there through everything. I miss them every day. We will always be friends forever.
The best roommates in the world. I will miss living with them a lot next year.

I am so mad that I haven't seen her in like 1,000 years. I might cry when I see her

#8 A Place You Have Traveled and Where Else You Want to Travel

When I had just graduated from high school I went on the trip of a lifetime to Europe with my art history class. I went with so many fun people and it was seriously the best trip of my life. Here are a few pictures of the places I went.

My dream vacation is to go to England, Ireland, and Scotland. I wish I could be in London right now to watch the olympics! I will get there someday, mark my words.
